Hotel Rules

  1. The hotel does not take the obligation to provide accommodation for guests after the original booking period is over unless a previous agreement has been made. Guests should be notified about such a refusal of their extension of the accommodation period until 11 o'clock on the day in question. 
  2. All guests shall identify themselves in accordance with legal regulations before they move into their rooms. Nobody is allowed to live in the hotel without an announcement.
  3. Guests may only receive visitors in their hotel rooms if they previously notify the receptionist at the Front desk and if they are granted consent thereto.
  4. Hotel invoices shall be paid at the time they are handed over to guests. The hotel has the right to require payment in advance.
  5. In order to insure payment and compensation for damages, the hotel has the right of pledge and retention against guests.
  6. One day's accommodation fee entitles guests to use their rooms from 14 o'clock to 11 o'clock on the following day. An intention to leave shall be reported at the Front desk until 11 o'clock. If such an intention is not reported or if the guest does not leave the room until 11 o'clock, the hotel has the right to charge one more day.
  7. Guests are responsible for damages caused by inproper use or careless.
  8. Please use the room properly and avoid the use of any electrical equipment that does not belong to the hotel except electrical razors.
  9. Do not keep inflammable or contaminating materials in the rooms! Please do not smoke in bed. If fire is noticed notify the receptionist at the Front Desk immediately.
  10. In case of fire or other dangers the hotel can be left on the route shown by the labels.
  11. Please keep the hotel tidy and quiet when using your own room and the common rooms.
  12. When leaving temporarily please turn lights and taps off and leave your roomkey at the Front Desk.
  13. The hotel shall be kept responsible if guests' belongings get lost or damaged up to amount of 5 000 HUF and only if such loss or damage is caused by the hotel and it's workers directly or indirectly. The belongings covered by this rule are the ones that guests handed over to the employees of the hotel or the ones kept in their rooms or in a place made for such purpose.
  14. The hotel shall be held responsible for cash, securities and valuables only if guests have placed them in the hotel's safe. Safes can be used free.
  15. If You have any comments or complaints please enter them into the Guests' Book at the Front Desk.
