The entry fee of the wellness area allows you the use of a bathrobe which is given to you at the wellness area reception desk. You should leave the bathrobe in the room when you check-out. If we can’t find the bathrobe in your room, we will charge your bill with 10.000 HUF!
Cosmetics, make-up, false nails. For making an appointment ask the receptionist for help.

Billiard and table soccer are available in the lobby. You can buy tokens at the reception desk.
Your room will be ready for you from 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
On the day of your departure your room shall be vacated by 11 a.m. If you wish to delay your check-out until a later time in the day, contact the Reception desk.
We clean the room every day, the towels will be changed on request. Change of sheets: once a week.

It can be found next to the Reception desk and we are happy to let our guests use it if available!
Pannonia room
You can find it on the 2nd floor. Can be airconditioned. Fit for max. 100 people.
Wintergarden – Small chamber:
You can find the entrance to both between the first and second floor. The Wintergarden can be airconditioned. Fit for max. 400 people.

Voltage in Hungary is 220 V. If your plug is not suitable for local circumstances then ask the Reception desk for adaptors which will be given to you for a deposit.
Please take a good look on the extration plan placed on the door of your room! You will see green emergency lights on the hallway. If you should discover fire, please contact the Reception desk dialing „0”!
Do not use the elevator in case of a fire! In case of emergency please use the escape routes to reach the ground floor and leave the building to the streets or to the parking. Please follow the instructions of our colleagues!
Our Harmony fitness room is on the 3rd floor and it is free of charge for our hotel guests. If you want to use the fitness room earlier then its opening hours, please ask the Reseption desk for help.
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted access to the fitness room.

Wifi connection can be found throughout the hotel and can be used with password. For ADSL net connection you can find a cable in each room and you can use it without a password. An internet terminal is available in the Meeting room (next to the Reception desk). You can print your documents and get them at the Reception desk. (25 HUF/page)
Please use the laundry bag and the charge form. Please fill the form correctly and place it in the bag with the things you want to be washed and/or pressed and leave it in the room where it can be seen. Dry-cleaning can be arranged with a dry-cleaner company but it could take a long time and our Hotel can not take any responsibilities for the clothes. Ironing in the room is strictly prohibited!

We check the Minibar on a daily basis and consumed items will be charged to your hotel bill. Minibar is filled every day! On check-out please let the receptionist know of your consumption of the last night!
Our local newspaper, Zalai Hírlap, can be found at the Reception desk.
You can leave your opinions via questionnaire found at the room our Reception desk or on our website.
Hotel guests can use our parking lot: 1000 HUF/car/night.
The front gate can be used around the clock, the back gate is closed after dark and on sundays.
Please check in via gatephone from both sides first.
Gates are opening automatically leaving the parking lot.

You can have meals in our restaurant or in our brasserie, on the ground floor. Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 07:00‚ till 10:00 every day. You can find dietetic meals and regional dishes on the menu. Opening hours can be found at the entrance.

Lock your doors everytime you leave your room. Every room is with room safe equipped, so please store your valuables in it. If you find abandoned luggage please notify the Reception desk. In case of fire please follow the escape plan found on your room door.
